- Combine the orange segments, shaved fennel and slivered almonds in a serving bowl.
- Mix together olive oil, orange juice, salt and pepper to make a dressing.
- Toss the dressing through the salad before serving.
1 orange, peeled and segmented
1 fennel bulb, shaved into thin slices
2 tbsp of slivered almonds
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of orange juice
Cracked pepper and sea salt to taste
