- Cover plate of greens with prawns. Garnish with thin slices of avocado and tomato halves. Dress with lime juice.

2 handfuls of mixed salad greens
1 handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 palm-sized portion of king prawns (approximately 6 prawns), cooked and peeled
½ a lime juice
